Pivoting to Marketing Specialist?

I have experience with smallscale marketing with small ecommerce brands and am looking to pivot to a more specialist role within a larger company. I think I’m most interest/best at content marketing and social media marketing (or atleast that’s where I have the most experience) – any tips on surprising companies or industries to look into that have larger marketing departments than I might expect?

Great question, Nolan! Interesting larger organizations that have marketing positions are consumer-based companies – “consumer packaged goods” (CPG), for example, have a wide range of marketing positions. Everything from toothpaste to bottled water. That’s where I’d start… go into a local store and see all the brands there.
