Should I use “Reply All” for emails? I’m new to my job and I see other people doing it. But a lot of these emails are a waste of my time. What am I missing?

I’ve been asked this question a number of times and, for most teams, reply all is fine for an important message. But it’s a waste of everyone’s time for communication that isn’t important. And – please – be sure NOT to hit “reply all” for personal emails. As a general rule, it’s better NOT to use Reply All for anything sensitve. AND if you have an internal channel (Slack, etc.) it’s better to use that first, rather than email, to begin with.
